To have my old freezer picked up couldn't have been easier. I had plenty of time slots to choose from and it was easy to track the vehicle picking it up so that I knew when it was on it's way. Ao also sent emails saying when it was to be picked up.

It’s a good washing machine not as quiet as it’s advertised but it’s not too loud.it looks good.

I wanted to get rid of the old tall fridge, so I looked online and saw ao advert. I called them and was pleasantly surprised, that it was only £20 and they would come the next day to collect. They came at 2.30pm and took the fridge. I was really happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

This uplift of my old freezer was great, men arrived in time and were friendly and helpful, great service, easy to arrange on line, competitively priced, will definitely use this service again

This is the second time, we have use the recycle facility of AO and both times the service has been excellent. well informed of collection time.

We needed to arrange a collection and recycling of an old washing machine. I did it via a call to customer services. All went well. Collection on time and staff pleasant and we’re in and out in 10 minutes. Woukd definitely use again.
