Delivery drivers were lovely

It was quick and easy. I left the fridge outside and got a call to say it would be picked up in the next 30 minutes. Twenty minutes later, it was loaded onto the van and gone.

Easy to use, economical, great drum size, ideal for a family.

I was struggling to find somebody to take away my dads fridge freezer at relatively short notice(at least anybody who didn’t charge a bomb anyway)…and I never even realise that AO provided a ‘collect and recycle’ service until I came across it on their website. Booking was a piece of cake,the cost was very reasonable and (in my case)they could come and take it away within 24hrs( but obviously you’d need to check first). On the day I received a courtesy call from the driver to tell me what time they would be round…so all in all,I can’t fault the service in the slightest. Very happy indeed,many thanks.
