It’s not working properly and update the system but poor result

Arrived and unpacked . Set it up with a monitor - great. Mobile app could not see any pictures. Contacted Swann support and after 3 hours and A MANUAL software update to the DVR and also not using any special characters in the admin password got the systems to talk to each other and see the pictures on all devices. Cameras are still a small issue with settings as instruction manuals are not very concise and or easy to read

Ok easy to install good product update for my older model would recommend

Quality is good and installation isn’t that hard either

Excellent product but set up is a little more difficult than others I have installed. Picture quality is pretty good.

Great cctv system easy to set up good clear footage do recemmend and will buy again

Very easy to connect all the components had at a bit of difficulty logging into an account so I rang help line They rang me back and talk me through it

the item was fine but software needed updating before it would work properly
