Smarter, Quieter, Cleaner – The Eufy L60 Hybrid is a Game-Changer
4/5
After using the Eufy L60 Hybrid with Self-Empty Station for just a week, it’s clear this little machine means business. I’ve come from an older RoboVac 11S, and the difference between them is night and day. The L60 doesn’t just clean — it thinks about how to clean. And it’s surprisingly good at it.
Setup & Navigation – Like It’s Been Here Before
Setup was quick, and before I knew it, the L60 had mapped my home automatically. The laser navigation is seriously impressive. It glides around furniture and finds its way under things with ease. The Eufy Clean app makes it super easy to define no-go zones or focus on specific rooms. I didn’t need to babysit it like I did with the 11S — this one just gets on with the job.
Cleaning Performance – High Power, Low Fuss
With 5,000Pa of suction, this thing pulls up dust, crumbs, hair — you name it — in a single pass. It moves faster and with more purpose than my old bot, and the BoostIQ tech adjusts suction on the fly for different floor types. It hasn’t struggled with anything yet, but it’s worth saying: you still need to tidy up the floor first. If there are socks or cables lying about, it'll try to avoid them, but a clear run means a cleaner home.
Self-Emptying – A Loud but Worthwhile Feature
One of the best upgrades here is the self-emptying dock. Yes, it makes a bit of noise when it empties — like a quick, mini jet engine — but honestly, it’s worth it. No more fiddling with dusty bins every other day. It quietly returns to its station and clears itself out like a pro.
Mopping – Just a Wipe, Not a Scrub
The mop feature is handy for day-to-day dust or light marks on hard floors, but let’s be honest — it won’t replace a real mop. It glides around with a damp pad, but Tea, Coffee, Ketchup stains? You’ll still be getting the mop and bucket out. I treat this more as a maintenance feature than deep cleaning.
Daily Use & Maintenance – Minimal Effort
It’s quieter than expected while running, and smart enough to stay out of trouble. I’ve only had to top up the water tank and give the sensors a wipe so far — just your usual upkeep. The hair de-tangling feature in the dock seems to do its job well, and I haven’t had to cut anything out of the roller-brush yet.
Final Thoughts
The Eufy L60 Hybrid has slotted into my routine like it was always meant to be there. It’s smart, efficient, and takes so much of the hassle out of keeping floors clean. While the mop is more of a bonus than a full feature, and the dock gets a bit noisy when emptying, these are minor things compared to how much time and effort it saves overall.
If you’re upgrading from an older model like I was, you’ll really feel the difference.
