Run time is more like 10 mins max, not had it long and it appears to be broken already, press the on button for it to blink on and straight off again. Trying to fix problem, Tower customer services are only open 10am-3pm Mon-Fri, cant imagine why...

The battery life leaves a lot to be desired. It doesn't feel sturdy. It's performance is okay

It is very lightweight but very powerful. Easy to use and empty, the small motorised tool is excellent. Brilliant for hard floors but not too sure about being powerful enough to do a really good clean on carpets.

Very lightweight, easy to manoeuvre and picks up dirt better than I expected for a stick vacuum.

I bought this to use in the office and I’m comparing this with my cordless Dyson that I use at home. Whilst it doesn’t have the same suction power it’s so lightweight! I like that there’s just an on switch rather than having to hold down a trigger. The dust collection compartment is quite small so if you were using this at home you might have to empty it frequently. All in all it’s easy to use and does the job. I wasn’t sure how good it would be but for the price it exceeded my expectations and I’m pleased with my purchase as are my colleagues who much prefer this over the old henry hoover!
