Rubbish. We purchased this 4 months ago and we are now looking for a replacement. The main issue is the toast does not pop up and gets jammed meaning you have to force up the lever. This has got worse over the 4 months we have owned it. Also, there is a major design flaw too which is the lip/trough around the toaster which fills with crumbs and cannot be accessed or cleaned. Finally, the toaster is very chunky and definitely not sleek in design; it takes up a lot of work surface room. I'm really disappointed in Bosch who usually make great products. Their kettle we purchased from this same site at the same time is excellent, shame about this toaster.

This was the 2nd one to arrive as the first one was dented. The controls on the 2nd one are a little flimsy and you sometimes you have to press it down a few times. I’m not that impressed with it considering the cost.

Has different toast settings for each side, toasts bread fairly quickly and the toasting is fairly even, but could toast a little more on the top part, fits thick and medium bread slices, great design. Really like it overall!

Great looking toaster. Feels very well made. The dials on the side for setting the timers have micro click settings to you can get your timing perfect, not just say option 2 or 3. A Hovis 50/50 fits perfectly however a Warburtons slice does not fit hence not getting the full 5/5.

Expected better quality from bosch. Anything but bread gets stuck

This is a nice, sleek looking toaster. It does the job but doesn't necessarily justify the price tag.
