A great coffee machine for a busy team. It is not overly loud when grinding the beans and the water tank is big enough for quite a few drinks. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is that you need to buy a water filter (£12) separately and this wasn’t mentioned before purchase.

First bean to cup coffee machine I have purchased. Very easy to set up and simple to use. Can’t comment on reliability as only had for a couple of weeks but seems solidly built

Overall really pleased with this coffee machine. Getting the milk right takes a bit of trial and error.

Our first b2c machine. Really easy to set up and operate. Decent selection of drinks at this price point. Milk frothing wand is magnetically attached so a doddle to clean after use. Some settings take time to get used to as without screen you have to rely on key presses combination that can and is bit confusing. Other than that no real complaints to report so far and really enjoy my purchase and coffee:)

This is the 2nd Krups machine I have had (identical product). They are so easy to use and clean. Unfortunately I had a leakage problem with this one but Krups have excellent customer care and communications so is being dealt with. First one is still going strong at daughter's house!

Brilliant coffee machine I would highly recommend it.
