The glass in the auxiliary oven door exploded the first time that we used it. (There are numerous similar reports on the internet.) All manufacturers experience production problems at some time or another but this came as a huge shock to us (pensioners). AO have been very understanding and helpful in replacing the unit with an alternative from another manufacturer.

Cooker looks good, is reasonable quality and works well. Ovens are fabulous and I love the 6 burners. Only issues are that there is really no true simmer, the gas burners don't go low enough. Also the cross bar / handle at the top which is great for hanging things on actually covers the control knobs so until you get used to them you find yourself constantly standing back to see below the bar.

The cooker is so good to look at, I do wish the sides had been cream too as they are noticeable against against my cream kitchen. On the whole once we actually got it fitted and gas jets converted to LPG it was plain sailing, I am very pleased with it ,it’s easy to use ,the lights are really bright and the long oven has loads of shelves.

This is a lovely item . Lots of space and options for cooking settings . Matches with our toaster and kettle so good if you want to get a range of appliances the same . AO customer service and delivery have been excellent. Smeg not so good BUT with AO we got there in the end and they have been fabulous. I had a cream one before in 90cm and no issues :)

The oven is gorgeous and quality of the build is amazing- very happy with our choice. Also the 5yr warranty was a great deal. Coloured is gorgeous slate grey and the chrome really accents the grey.

Range Cooker is fantastic. Right mix of simplicity and engineering. Easy to clean and looks great.

Firstly, this range looks fantastic. Build quality is exceptional. More oven space than you will need. I looked at several different ranges from several different companies. I’m so pleased I opted for this make/model. Exceptional.
