OE We have not had the drier long enough to comment. Delivery was prompt and efficient.

Really simple to use and sturdy - plumbing it in is incredibly easy but the size of the water reservoir makes this almost unnecessary. Still getting use to all of the programmes but our drying comes out perfectly dry and not creased

This is my first Miele product. It’s brilliant! Much quieter than I thought it would be. Does the job and dries my towels to perfection.

It’s sturdy and clever. I was under the impression that heat pump Dryers took longer to dry your washing but this Miele is quicker. The fluff catcher is sturdy and has a secondary one to stop the build up in the machine. I’m impressed overall. I had my last dryer 2 years before it broke and the door was hanging off after a year. Fingers crossed for the 20 years they test them for!!!!
