It’s such a beautiful product that’s really popped and is the main accessory in the kitchen with the matching kettle, we’ve had loads of compliments on it. It’s a really easy toaster to use and I love the different settings.

Very reluctant to spend so much money on a toaster but needed one that could toast crumpets and bagels properly. If you don't care about doing crumpets and bagels properly, then you can save yourself money by buying something else. This one indeed toasts crumpets and bagels superbly. Bread is also toasted EVENLY and very well indeed. It is also very well engineered with quiet, well dampened ejector and high quality buttons and rotary knob. I think it actually looks very good too. Pros: - Toasts evenly and has crumpet and bagel function - Excellent build quality and design Cons : - Relatively expensive

It's a toaster and it toasts bread. But it's also beautiful and you don't feel like you have to hide it away. It was bought as a present and the receiver was over the moon with it.

Bought to match the kettle so was surprised how well built it feels and works well. Didn't think I'd ever need a toaster that does bagels

Great styling with good positive mechanisms for the toasting lever etc. I purchased this to replace another toaster which toasted very unevenly, and this toaster was not that perfect either. One side of the bread is well done while the other is less done. It's an improvement on the last 'incinerate one side/scarcely warm the other side' toaster, but perhaps I was hoping for SMEG perfection.
