Very happy with my purchase of the SMEG Toaster. Very good quality and robust toaster that I am sure will last a long time. Easy to use and produces perfect toast! Very smart looking appliance.

Lovely and efficient toaster. Cooks really evenly, I’ve got it on the lowest setting and it’s great.

Great product !

The delivery was delayed since my property was new built. However, when I used it for the first time there was a smell of burning plastic. I had to look a lot and found 4 plastic pieces inside the toaster attached in the rods. It was very hard to remove those and took a lot of time. Had to use small and sleek knife to cut it off and taking it out was another big task. After all the struggle when I switched on ?? again. Then I found another 2 inside which was even harder to access and taking it out. After a long time and hard work without removing the screws I got rid off the plastics. Now it’s working fine. I wonder whether it’s a mistake or it’s how it is?

Looks great. Big, chunky and shiny. The toaster is easy to use and makes perfect toast on every use without having it on a high setting like cheaper machines. It has good size bread slice slots. My last cheaper toaster didn't fit a larger slice of bread in it, whereas this Smeg does. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for.
