The bagel mode is a game changer, and the extra wide slots work for pitta breads. This ticks the boxes we wanted. However, anything higher than a 3 on the dial burns whatever you put in it, so I've no idea what they're for. 2.5 for bread, 3 for bagels does the trick. The bun warmer being an optional extra is a shame, especially at typical prices, but that could change. As such, I didn't buy it. Instead, this toaster is very good.

Better than described. Can now toast longer/bigger slices of bread. Looks good as well.
