Easy to install, but despite fitting it very carefully and ensuring it is perfectly level and measured with a spirit level, I find that it still vibrates and makes more noise than my previous Miele dryer. I really don’t expect that from a very expensive Miele appliance. Other than that, its functionality, range of features and ease of use earn it five out of five from me.

Probably one of the most expensive things I’ve ever bought but what a fantastic bit of kit. A lot better than our previous dryer and being a heat pump dryer, much more efficient too. Only problem is I want the matching washing machine now! Easy to install and use, cannot fault it

Expensive but worth the outlay, compared to previous heat pump dryer which only lasted 4 years this one not only dries quicker, but quieter and noticeably more water removed. Can also be plumbed in to save emptying and door swapped round to other side and a handy light for viewing.

Great product, efficient and convenient to use. Slight niggle is that clothes are occasionally still damp after a cycle, which I wouldn't expect at this price. I guess that's the downside of such efficient energy stats.
