Very pleased. You definitely have to learn how to operate it in comparison to a traditional tumble dryer, but it’s less harsh & the clothes feel so much better.

Wow wow wow, best tumble drier I have every owned. You really do get what you pay for. It is super quiet, dries washing perfectly, not over dried like other machines can do. Really easy to maintain the removal of water and lint and looks stylish too. The scent pod feature is brilliant and leaves your washing smelling beautiful and the intensity can easily be adjusted to what you desire. I can't recommend this machine enough. On top of everything, purchasing from AO has been nothing but smooth and easy experience.

Great product! Drys the clothes perfectly (you do need to experiment with the option). Well made, and solid item. Hopefully will last at least 10 years…

With a young family, I decided to upgrade my tumble dryer to this machine and am delighted! I've not explored all the features or the app yet, but 3 things I loved straight away: 1. Easy to clean filters 2. Quieter than other machines 3. An express setting that can get clothes dry in under an hour

I am so disappointed with this dryer. It takes forever to dry clothes and bedding in it. The only setting that gets clothes anything near dry is the 'Hygiene Dry' super setting and even then I still have to put bedding in the airing cupboard to fully dry. My bedding comes out of the dryer in a very tight knot that is hard to get undone, with the centre of the knot still soaking wet after a long dry. As a result I have to dry bedding in 2 loads so it takes me all day to dry it! I replaced a £300 dryer that was brilliant with this very expensive dryer that simply does not dry my clothes, so I am not impressed with it at all and I would not recommend it. I have also been unable to connect it to the app.
