It is amazing. Wish I'd bought miele years ago.

Ordered the new tumble dryer on the Saturday, was delivered Monday morning before 10am. Regular updates provided for the estimated time of delivery, excellent service and great experience.

Great product

Really quiet and super efficient. Love this produce. Much better than last tumble dryer that was rated A++. Also works well with the app and our other Meile washing machine. Glad we splashed out for a more expensive machine, I believe it will pay off in the long term.

great product but not purchased for me

The dryer is great in principle. Quiet. Stops as soon as clothes are dry. Plenty of gentle options. But it stopped turning after less than a month of use. Waiting for Miele to come and fix it. Disappointed, especially given the usual brand reliability,

Previously ordered a much cheaper heat pump dryer and it failed after 4 loads! So we pushed the boat out and went for the best. We already have a Miele washing machine, which we are very pleased with. We are so pleased we went for this upgrade. The Miele is much quieter and faster than the cheaper machine, so no regrets. So far, no negatives.

Great, economical, spacious, quick to set up. Slower than a condenser, and expensive option, but hoping it pays for itself overtime. Chose over cheaper brands due to reliability claims.
