the tumble dryer looks great, performs very well and is quiet. it took a bit of getting used to having had a simple manually controlled tumble drier beforehand, but once you find the programmes that are right for you its all OK.

My partner and I love it. Came on time. The delivery staff very helpful. The product is brilliant so far. I will update this review in a year time to let you know how the product is performing.

Works as described. This one would replaced a Bosch heatpump dryer and the Miele is noticeable less hot with quicker drying times. The drying sensor is more accurate and the wifi connection will give you a nice reminder for when it’s ready to be unloaded.

Bought to replace a 33 year old vented hoover tumble dryer. Clothes came out of it bone dry. I was concerned about energy usage so miele heat pump technology with A+++ seemed to tick that box. Firstly, love the light in the drum. On first couple of uses I noticed that it didn't take as long to dry the laundry as the machine initially predicted. It was roughly the same time as my old dryer. Also the laundry wasn't bone dry, it was dry but not "crispy". This has made folding and ironing much easier, especially towels, bed linen and tee shirts. Hung one shirt up straight from the dryer to test whether it would need ironing, not a crease. Emptying the water container is a new one on me so can't comment on that. The two fluff filters are pretty straightforward, I noticed that there is alot less fluff than I was used to. The fragrance flacon it came with is nice but if you use unstopables then it's not very noticeable. So far I am really pleased with it. Quite a few settings available that are not shown on the dial, so keep the instructions near. All in all it is an expensive piece of kit but if it does last 20 years, save on the electricity and be gentler on laundry, it should be a good buy.

Excellent tumble dryer with big capacity 9kg load and steam

Brilliant Tumble dryer. It is wonderful. The customer service is outstanding. Miele customer service is outstanding. We are so pleased with this machine. I will update this review in the next months.

Great tumble dryer, easy to set up and use. Lots of different programmes to suit your needs. I really like the WiFi connectivity so I can set it away whilst at work and the clothes are dry for when I get home.
