The Miele heat pump dryer is totally wonderful. We had to urgently get a replacement for a four and a half year old dryer that went bang. I went back to my favourite brand Miele for a new heat pump dryer to go with our 20 year old Miele washing machine. The new dryer takes half the electricity, half the space and dries twice as fast as the old dryer and it’s so quiet and easy to use. I will never buy anything but Miele ever again.

Fantastic tumble dryer. Fairly quiet operation and lots of programmes to choose from. Takes less time than you think to dry items and smell great using the pods. We plumbed it in using drainage kit so any water goes into the pipe under the sink but did use the condenser for a few days and had no problem with this. I have bought the drum basket but have not used it yet. Seems very economical at around 0.1kw per on hour average but we have not used all the programmes yet. Would recommend.

It's a lovely sturdy machine. I'm still learning the programmes, which at present are a bit confusing. I'm in the fullness of time it will get easier. It's like all things when new, you have to get used to it. Very happy with my purchase.

Great tumble dryer, easy to set up and use. Lots of different programmes to suit your needs. I really like the WiFi connectivity so I can set it away whilst at work and the clothes are dry for when I get home.

So far so amazing. Incredible product. Worth the money. Hopefully last for 20 years now!

Brilliant Tumble dryer. It is wonderful. The customer service is outstanding. Miele customer service is outstanding. We are so pleased with this machine. I will update this review in the next months.

Excellent tumble dryer with big capacity 9kg load and steam

Bought to replace a 33 year old vented hoover tumble dryer. Clothes came out of it bone dry. I was concerned about energy usage so miele heat pump technology with A+++ seemed to tick that box. Firstly, love the light in the drum. On first couple of uses I noticed that it didn't take as long to dry the laundry as the machine initially predicted. It was roughly the same time as my old dryer. Also the laundry wasn't bone dry, it was dry but not "crispy". This has made folding and ironing much easier, especially towels, bed linen and tee shirts. Hung one shirt up straight from the dryer to test whether it would need ironing, not a crease. Emptying the water container is a new one on me so can't comment on that. The two fluff filters are pretty straightforward, I noticed that there is alot less fluff than I was used to. The fragrance flacon it came with is nice but if you use unstopables then it's not very noticeable. So far I am really pleased with it. Quite a few settings available that are not shown on the dial, so keep the instructions near. All in all it is an expensive piece of kit but if it does last 20 years, save on the electricity and be gentler on laundry, it should be a good buy.
