Just had 7 days now everything seems to be OK, occasionally when I press 70c the kettle has paused a couple of times but does start again and reaches 70c. Just in case I haven’t disposed of packaging! Apart from that hiccup all seems fine, that’s why I have given 4 stars.

Lovely feel to it. My one issue so far is that if you pick it up before it has switched itself off it gushes boiling water everywhere as you tilt it. Of course you only do that once.

The product is very easy to use, works nicely, is quiet but it’s just not the most stylish.

Negatives: Quite heavy and quite noisy. Positives: Robust and a very good looking kettle

Nice solid kettle. Fast to boil and not too loud. Temperature control is great as I hate scorching coffee with boiling water and would always let it cool for a minute before pouring; with this I can just set it to 95°c
