Terrible product, bought just 4 months ago - temperature control does not seem to be working - spills fountain of scaling water and the lid is wobbly already.

I was expecting better quality for this price.The kettle is made from plastic.Just a base is metal.If I need to buy a kettle again most definitely I would choose another one and probably would pay less for it and get a better quality.A bit disappointed.

Quick to boil and has 3 temperatures to boil your water and a keep warm setting , but is VERY Noisy When boiling!!!! You need ear defenders!!

Good product but the first one I had developed problem with thermostat, however AO replaced under warranty straight away

Very smart Kettle, but as it was not photograph well regarding internal, or described. l didn’t realise that it had plastic sides apart from the base which was steel. I prefer an all steel internal kettle. So l didn’t use it! So can’t comment on it otherwise. Needless to say it was returned.

The kettle seems to work well (it's only a few weeks old). It is a tad noisy but not badly so. It looks reasonably presentable. Perhaps it's a little bit expensive considering everything.

I bought this kettle 7 days ago, and thought spending more on a quality brand would give me a better quality product. One of the key features I wanted and expected was to be able to easily open the lid when filling. The product description majors on this feature, but the 2nd time I used it, the press button lid refused to open. I was referred to Bosch in the first instance, who said I should contact the retailer. My concern now is if I have to return the kettle, I will have nothing with which to make hot drinks, and this could be for weeks! The lid opens after numerous presses, and I am trying to live with it. But it may prove impossible, and I suspect eventually I will be unable to open the lid at all. Disappointed with Bosch... after spending nearly £2000 on new kitchen appliances! Frustrated with AO.com!

Whilst this kettle looks fabulous and can be set for different water temperatures - there is a slight taste to my coffee which bothers me. I followed al the procedures advised prior to first cuppa. This kettle replaced a Bosch stainless steel - inside and out, and I thought I had researched this kettle thoroughly as I did not want a plastic interior.. if I could return it I would but will now look for stainless steel interior kettles - not many of them about.
