It's a good quality product, well made and feels good quality too. Options for temperature are handy for different types of drink and keep warm is a really useful feature. We had the previous version of this kettle that lasted 10 years. This one has a different base which means it takes up slightly more room but not really a problem

The kettle is well designed if a little bulkier than I had hoped. I like the cool touch wall, the action of the pop open lid and the large capacity. The various temperatures have been useful but not sure about the need for the keep warm function. Overall a good step forward in kettle performance.

Boils quickly and the temperature settings are very useful for any tea/coffee enthusiasts. Looks lovely and insulates quite well, the kettle is never too hot to the touch. Fingers crossed it lasts me many many years. Volume wise, it can get a bit loud. Not an issue for me but it might be for others. Not much customisation out there so you can't adjust the beep that it comes with. As a note for anyone who might want to use the same water several times for several brews (e.g. for gongfu brewing), it can get a bit inconvenient as the base turns off as soon as you remove the kettle. This is annoying if you want to have the "Keep Warm" setting on and just quickly pour yourself a bit of hot water. It also doesn't store info about previous temperature uses. Once you turn it on, it goes back to trying to boil so you have to quickly adjust settings. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. Only time will tell how it holds me up.

Bought it because it looks pretty, got the toaster as well. It works, fast and quiet. Could do with a light on the scale as the window is hidden behind the handle and is difficult to see.

Bought to replace one I already owned. Boils quickly, good design. Never used the temp control. Beeps when you turn it on which is odd! The old one started to leak after about 6 years which was disappointing. Looks nice though and goes with the toaster!

Great product and great service from AO. Arrived promptly. The kettle feels a bit bulkier than normal 1.7 l but feels good to hold and perfect pouring spout. The temperature setting is a good bonus. My only issue is with the water guage glass level is just behind the handle which makes it difficult to see the level. It's quick heating up and looks great.
