I am very disappointed with my new double oven as it is not reaching correct temperature and food is still hard hours after cooking time. Grill has no handles and is to large to be washed in our dishwasher. Looks great and cost double our last oven, but if it is not cooking, should have kept old one.....

Really pleased with the new NEFF oven. Easy to use, well made and cooks really well. Already made some grate cakes and scones. Doesn't quite cook evenly with fan but just turning tray mid cooking sorts that. Tip - turn oven off 10 mins before the end and it will finish cooking fine, save you money and good for the environment. Don't think about it - just buy it - you won't be disapointed!

Only complaint that i had there was no grill pan and wire rack with it ,have to pay extra .

Bought this oven to replace an old one that was left by the previous owner, I had gotten used to the 45 minute heat up times. After unpacking the oven, doing the very simple wiring and fitting it, I took it for a test drive. My word, it heated up to 200 degrees in minutes, I was astounded. Everything about this oven is easy to use, and my girlfriend has fallen in love with the dough proving setting and the telescopic rails which make it really easy to check cakes and roasts. Amazing delivery service too!

Very pleased with my oven cooking quickly and evenly.

The high quality from NEFF was exactly as I anticipated and the controls easy to read helped by the narrow rectangular switches, which you can see immediately the oven settings because of the angle of the switch. There are many settings, but for most everyday cooking just 2 are needed and perhaps 3 if in a hurry the fast preheat then back to the main fan setting and temperature. Your food will cook evenly and at a finely controlled temperature. Recommended

Old oven did work but my new Neff one is amazing... show how bad my old one really was. Easy to clean, perfect fit, fast cooking. Enjoying using my oven again!

It is odd to get excited about an oven, after all it is a box that generates heat and cooks stuff. However when using this oven after our original, I now see that there are big differences. Both oven compartments heat up very quickly, and cook evenly. It is also very quiet. One aspect we particularly like is the oven lights on the compartment roof rather than the back, so it is easier to see the food cooking. The dough proving is an excellent feature, and has been used successfully many times already. The only slight surprise is that whilst this oven states it has telescopic shelf runners, only one shelf has this option.
