The cooker was great at first but after just 11 days the top oven has stopped working. Really disappointed as I was told Neff are a good brand.

To be honest I think this looks less modern than the one I replaced it with that I bought 18 years ago. The knobs are flimsy and it doesn't come with a grill handle. Its smaller on the top than my previous Neff oven. It gave off a funny smell for about a week after we had assembled it and had to call an engineer out. Its heats fine.

Oven is great but disappointed with the grill. It took longer than expected to cook sausage & bacon but the main issue is the grill pan. It doesn't appear to have a traditional grill pan. This means that you have to use a drip tray on one set of side runners and a wire oven shelf with food sitting on it on another set of built in side runners. You also get no handle so need 2 sturdy oven gloves because it gets quite hot. This makes removing the food very awkward. Obviously you need to move the drip tray at the same time as your food to prevent grease dripping on your kitchen floor. Being on 2 different shelf slots built into the oven side makes this fiddley and could even be dangerous for some people. I would much rather have a grill pan with a handle that I could easily take in and out of the oven.

Had this oven a month now so not used all the functions yet but seems lovely. Easy to work, heats up well, has a preheat function which is useful and bleeps when ready. So easy to see food cooking as you walk past so very aware if anything is ready ahead of time.

Overall a good product as expected but one of the knobs not fitted correctly.

the double oven seems to work well but is only a week since delivery one poor point is the alarm is way to quite and there is no way to adjust it so I would like to think an improvement can be made? As the other oven had this ability.

I am very happy with this new oven and the service was great and the delivery was very quick and efficient. I have to say so far the item well-up to my satisfaction and the information on your website is very good.
