I am very happy with this new oven and the service was great and the delivery was very quick and efficient. I have to say so far the item well-up to my satisfaction and the information on your website is very good.

Great looking oven, though it comes with only 3 racks. I saved a spare rack from our old oven. Works fine but would be nice if both ovens had a fan (only found 1 double oven where both ovens have a fan at great cost and all digital control) Would also be nice if someone made a double oven with slide and hide doors. We have a galley kitchen so would be useful.

This Neff double oven was a replacement for my 20 year old Neff model. Black and steel looks more stylish alongside my other appliances than the old white oven and I prefer the arrangement of small oven above larger one in these newer models. A wide range of features with this model allows multi cooking/baking options.. Cooks really efficiently but I agree with others' comments about the cooling down fan making noticeable noise that continues for some time. I guess we'll get used to that but it could be a bit intrusive in a small kitchen.

I love the look of the oven and the way it cooks. Unfortunately the oven is a little hard to clean even when there doesn't appear to be anything splashing.

The oven controls look a bit low quality considering the overall price.

Great value oven with all the features you need with one exception, the Timer. It’s very quiet, and only beeps once then goes off. Unless you are watching it, you need to set a separate Timer, so very disappointing

Great oven, does exactly what its supposed to do. The 2 ovens are a good size, perhaps the choice of shave levels could be better in the larger oven, similar to the smaller one.

This is a great oven, cooks the food, does the job, works like a dream! However the fan is very noisy and continues for a long time after the oven is off, it’s a bit annoying. Otherwise great product.
