The things I personally dislike about this vacuum cleaner outnumber the things that I enjoy, but at the end of the day all that matters is that it cleans and it seems to do that extremely well. I'm sure more money could buy one more bells and whistles, possibly also a sturdier build and less 'cheap' feel, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone wanting a decent clean without breaking the bank. Pros: - very good, powerful clean; - reasonably light (lighter than my previous machine, at any rate); - long cable allows me to clean my entire house without un- and re-plugging even once. Cons: - not the easiest to steer especially around corners; - on-board tool storage may as well not be there, so easily do the tools fall off as soon as the body of the vacuum is reclined; - switching attachments could be easier and more streamlined; - as helpful as the long cable is it, combined with the placement of the hooks quite close to one another, makes re-winding a bit of a bore. It's also a bit of a faff to carry the slack around the room without getting tangled when the full extent of the cable length isn't required.

This is the second time I have bought this vacuum, because I love it. Lightweight but extremely powerful it far exceeds the performance of many much more expensive vacuums I have bought in the past. The extra long cord is ideal for use around this house and the tools are perfect for stairs etc. Easy to adjust for optimum performance on my carpets, stone and wooden floors, it means I no longer keen to have a cylinder as well as an upright cleaner. Easy to empty - and very satisfying to see just how much it has sucked up, particularly dog hair - I have gone for a second purchase so that I can keep one downstairs and another on the second floor.

I'm very happy with this vacuum cleaner as it works well on both carpeted and hard surfaces. The suction is quite powerful and is fantastic to clean my floors of all my dog's hair. I would definitely recommend this product

This is a great value pet vacuum - does exactly what it says, very pleased, great price -excellent.

Brilliant for pets as you can stop the brush from spinning which avoids hairs getting tangled around the roller, worth every penny.

Very light and compact, vclaimed hose lenglth 17 m is a little exaggerated but still long enough. Quality and longevity, have to wait and see but so far so good.

It's brilliant. It picked up twice as much stuff than my old cleaner ever did, even when new. It picks up all along the skirting boards reducing the number of times you have to use the attachments for those tight corners. It's also very light and easily manoverable. I'm highly delighted
