Really happy with the TV. Only thing I don't like is the remote but that's just personal preference and I can live with that. Also can't get Alexa to change from home screen to hdmi which I could do on my last TV but that could be that Iv not set it up properly iv not really tried to change this. Overall really happy with the TV for the price

Brilliant tv very easy to set up and crystal clear picture

Apart from the poor ergonomics of the remote control (or is it just us?), we love this Samsung TV. It's menu-heavy (turning subtitles on/off takes far too many clicks) but then it does an awful lot. And it does it well. And the display is brilliant. At first, I was disappointed to discover there was no audio out jack, but the sound quality and volume are so good it doesn't need an external soundbar or stereo system as we'd used with our previous TV.

I have fallen in love with film all over again, thanks to this wonderful television. The menu itself is exciting and it is all very user friendly. I am so happy with my purchase!
