    It’s doing well…

    5/5
Exactly what I wanted, a compact freezer with what seems like a huge capacity. I chose this one because of the ability to withstand low temperatures (sounds silly for a freezer!) as it has to live in a garage area. So far so good, and I have every confidence it will perform well. Nice styling; I haven’t had to reverse the door, but it looks like that would be an easy job. I am well pleased.

Not as good as the old

This replaced a Beko freezer that was around 30 years old. Looks good and went for the frost free option. Not nearly as much depth to this one just managed to cram my stuff in by taking things out of the boxes. There is a saying ‘they don’t make them like they used to’’ How true.

    highly recommended at the price

Great value for a small under counter frost free!freezer. I would have given him five stars if it had a display with the current temperature the ability to change the temperature from outside to freezer, although I understand why it hasn't at this price. We bought it as an overflow freezer and it fits more in than I expected. After owning a large frost-free freezer for many years I would never go back to the other sort. Highly recommended!

    Great Freezer for the Price

Great freezer for the price. Okay, not as solid or with the features of our previous AEG freezer, but that of course was nearly twice the price. Best to use this Beko with a separate free standing freezer thermometer for peace of mine. This Beko got down to -21 C very quickly from start up, and is fairly quiet in operation.

    Really good in the end

    5/5
Great little freezer. Was very worried at first as the fan was on for a long time after initially plugging it in. I phoned Beko and they said the fan should always be on. So living in a small house I thought I'd made a big mistake as our last freezer didn't make a noise all the time. However it did stop and now only comes on for a bit to regulate the temperature, which is exactly what I had hoped for. It was also missing the Ice Bank tray but I have been assured it will be with me shortly. When I first opened the freezer it looked to have a smaller capacity than our previous one, but on loading it, I discovered it doesn't, it's just configured slightly differently. I have yet to benefit from the Frost Free-ness of this appliance but I definitely won't miss the biannual clear out and defrost of our old freezer, that used to fill up with so much ice it used to stop the door closing, therefore exasperating the issue and wasting food and a large part of my day.

    Lack of indicators

    3/5
Bought this Beko UFF4584W Frost Free Under Counter Freezer to replace a Zanussi freezer that had stopped freezing. The Beko freezer was of similar size, so slotted in seamlessly to the space vacated by the previous one. The Beko freezer is very quiet, so much so, that you are wondering if it is working properly. It does not have any lights on the front to indicate whether it is switched on or at the correct temperature, a feature that we dislike. After installation, we used an ice cube tray to let us know when it had reached its freezing temperature. There are no other indicators. There is plenty of freezing space in the three compartments but the trays are flimsy. OK for the price but probably wouldn’t buy one of these again.
