The design is nice overall but it is super hard to open. The seal is really tight. To open you need both hands as you need one to press against the freezer and one to pull the door open. If you have arthritis of any kind I do not reccomend. Hotpoint were kind enough to send out a air seal to help with this issue but it does not help. I am not happy with this purchase due to the difficulty in opening.

Smart efficient and lots of room

Was exactly what we were looking for for an extra freezer for our utility area, capacity is brilliant. Would definitely buy this product again

Excellent price, & ideal for my needs

We love our new freezer, built in lovely graphite colour and has so much freezing space.nothing to dislike or complain about so far

I am very pleased with the freezer.I have no complaints at all about it. I would recommend Hotpoint to anyone. I give it five stars.

We've had the freezer a couple of weeks, and so far are very happy with it. The door is stiff to open, but otherwise it freezes well and is well designed inside for storing items. The capacity is smaller than our last freezer but it seems to hold as much.
