Item arrived damaged, puncture holes in the box and still waiting for a reply!

Avoid if you want a quiet fridge, mine vibrates when moved slightly out of level and has to be constantly adjusted. I contacted beko who sent an engineer after 3 weeks who adjusted the legs and rattle some pipes ant the back and called it fixed. When I explained that once it moved again it will vibrate they said nothing they could do. Sure enough later that day the vibration returned. In touch with beko again but don’t expect any result this is a design fault of the pipes within the casing Insulation which can’t be repaired according to the engineer who was unwilling to report as exchangeable. You get what you pay for stick to better brands

This item arrived on Thursday 7th without the movable shelves shown in the user manual. It was the afternoon of Friday 8th before I managed to get in touch with an AO rep via webchat. I attempted to explain how it was missing the rigid wire, plastic-coated shelves. The rep ( "Adam") couldn't seem to understand what I was talking about and kept going on about GLASS shelves. Any fridge I've seen has WIRE shelves- two usually. Now (a week later) I have had a refund of £20, but still haven't got my shelves. They're supposed to arrive by Tuesday. I've been phoned several times by AO staff. The shelves should have been sent out Friday, and therefore should have received them by LAST Tuesday ( the 12th). The latest solution offered by AO is that if I haven't taken delivery of the shelves by Tuesday coming, they'll swop the one I have for another, new one- and I'll check it has shelves before the delivery men leave, you bet!

Left this in the hall and the lady had to hire someone to lift it to the kitchen and fit it in ! It was only 4m to the kitchen

Product delivered with a dent in middle on top, AO.com replaced it very quickly. However, the 2nd and 3rd ones delivered had a dent in exactly the same place. I'm not sure if it was a manufacturing fault or whether it was supposed look like that, I couldn't tell on the website picture. If it was going to be used as an under counter fridge, it would have been fine but it wasn't so I ended up picking a different model. I have to say AO.com were excellent.

Product is working as advertised. The two stars acknowledges this but reflects a lower rating because the first fridge sent by ao was badly dented (so much so the legs wouldn't stand on the ground) It was delivered in pristine unbranded wrapping. Why would any self respecting organisation wrap an obviously damaged item. The second delivered fridge is fine but arrived in a branded box. Ao did not apologise and will not refund me the £20 charge they made for the next day delivery of the damaged fridge. Best of luck if you wish to do business with ao but I won't be repeating my mistake.

Fridge itself is fine. But the adjustable foot has come away and I have been dealing with Beko directly to address the issue, which hasn’t yet been resolved! Great delivery from AO straight forward and hassle free as always!

The salad crisper draw is a bit flimsy and its draw handle feels uncomfortable in use. It should also come with at least one proper wire shelf but it only comes with 2 glass shelves, one being the one that sits directly on top of the crisper draw. New replacement glass shelves are available to buy separately though. There is no wire shelf option at all. This was the only under counter fridge we could find with an Icebox and in the size/dimensions, we wanted, so it wasn't like we had a lot of choices anyway. All said it's not bad for the price, but we weren't necessarily looking for cheap anyway, just something suitable.
