This is a quiet machine and has a fast wash which is invaluable when your busy. The only downside is the waste pipe hose is at the top right-hand side and is not long enough to reach the plumbing. Bosch do not sell this part. Customer services at Bosch could only suggest I employ a plumber (expensive) as the longer waste hose has to be purchased elsewhere and to replace this, the back of the machine has to taken off and the hose threaded through. It should be mentioned in the details of the machine as I am not the only one to have been caught out.

Works perfectly, and is a quiet machine. A good upgrade to the previous model.

This washer was bought to replace my previous Bosch , this is basically a modernised version of the first one. I had the first one about 14 years before it gave up, hopefully this one will live as long. I've only had it a week but so far I'm very pleased with my washing results. The wool cycle is very good and the Eco programme is very versatile. So far so good ??.

The washing machine is both quiet and efficient, it is also easy to use even the younger members of the family are doing their own washing.

Really pleased with this washing machine. We chose Bosch again as our previous machine lasted 30 years! Relieved to see that the operation and controls is pretty much unchanged. However the new one is much quieter and the door is bigger which is useful. Looked on Which before we bought and one of the two cons was noisy spin. However this new Bosch has a much quieter spin than the previous one. So far have not found anything I don’t like.
