Honestly, I feel sorry that I didn't buy a Samsung washing machine long before in my life. It's just amazing and takes you to a new experience in the washing world. really can't complain.

Really sad that this broke within 4 weeks of use. AO replaced it although the delivery driver that installed it did so incorrectly so it flooded the kitchen. 10 minutes later it also broke. 2 engineers from AO came the next day and confirmed it was indeed broken too. Absolutely gutted. 2 Samsung washing machines sent and of absolutely no use. Hundreds of pounds worth completely useless. I can't fault AO for their help in dealing with this and sending replacements at all. Samsung on the other hand were downright rude. I explained I couldn't give them the model number as it was inside the door which was locked due to the machine being broken and full of water. I was told they wouldnt send an engineer until I gave them this number. I was then instructed to drain the machine. I said the machine is full of washing and water and seriously heavy. The woman's exact words were "How old are you? Surely you can manage!" She was so rude that the call ended up with their complaints department. Never been spoken to like that before and I'm not one for making a fuss usually either. AO have sorted another brand replacement now and really did give me a call back to ensure everything was OK and as it should be. 5* AO

Great product. Stylish and silent. The connection through "smarthings" is interesting

Great machine. Links to your phone easily. Quiet and dries clothes well. Add wash door is great for when you forget an item to add during the wash cycle. Delivery was fast an the people were helpful and polite. 5* from me.

Looks great, the add wash is very handy. Machine overall is very quiet which is good. This is my first washer/dryer and very pleased with it drys well and handy Wi-Fi to.
