Really sad that this broke within 4 weeks of use. AO replaced it although the delivery driver that installed it did so incorrectly so it flooded the kitchen. 10 minutes later it also broke. 2 engineers from AO came the next day and confirmed it was indeed broken too. Absolutely gutted. 2 Samsung washing machines sent and of absolutely no use. Hundreds of pounds worth completely useless. I can't fault AO for their help in dealing with this and sending replacements at all. Samsung on the other hand were downright rude. I explained I couldn't give them the model number as it was inside the door which was locked due to the machine being broken and full of water. I was told they wouldnt send an engineer until I gave them this number. I was then instructed to drain the machine. I said the machine is full of washing and water and seriously heavy. The woman's exact words were "How old are you? Surely you can manage!" She was so rude that the call ended up with their complaints department. Never been spoken to like that before and I'm not one for making a fuss usually either. AO have sorted another brand replacement now and really did give me a call back to ensure everything was OK and as it should be. 5* AO

Had to have it replaced because the door was leaking. A month later the replacement has done the same. Avoid

Only had the machine for 22 days and I have had to call Samsung as the machine has already gone faulty. Unable to connect to WiFi, (been working fine), machine turns off whenever it feels like it (even in middle of a cycle) After a factory reset, the drum will no longer calibrate as machine turns off during setup. Not a great start to an expensive washing machine. Waiting to hear back from Samsung. But in the meantime, no working machine = no washing.

Door leaked in 3 places after 18months and no replacement doors available and at the same time the ball bearings went and machine had to be replaced. AO were amazing but sadly you have to contact Samsung first (several times) which is a time consuming and difficult experience. Would I buy this product or anything Samsung again? No, it was just easier and more convenient to get the replacement.

Nice and quiet, but very expensive

Great washing, the only reason I bought this machine is because I've got small kids and needed a dryer too. BUT if I want to use the dryer takes between 4-7 hours to have a complete dry clothes which I haven't use it yet because of energy usage. Also price dropped just after I bought it. (oops) it total it's a good washing machine but drying takes hours. Also LOVE the add wash too.

The tumble drying function works ok. Sometimes clothes might need to be hung out for an hour or so afterwards or run through an additional shorter drying cycle. To wash and dry clothes the cycle takes about 6 or 7 hours. The app functionality is useful to see all the different functions the washer dryer can offer, and what the different functions entail. No problems so far but have only had for a month or so. Seems to be a quiet machine.

Seems pretty good, not sure it's quite worth the price but at least it actually dries the clothes unlike most washer dryers, does sometimes make a high pitched tone when on spin cycle but overall its good.
