Broken from day 1

Honestly, I would love to give a review but the day it was installed was the day it stopped working. Had to wait for a week until an Engineer could come and am still waiting a week later for the 'brain' piece that will fix it. Surely a critical piece like a 'brain' should come fully installed with a new device! Unfortunately it was also very difficult to speak with AO to resolve this and spent hours on hold and they were passing blame to Samsung and vice versa. Honestly just really bad experience.
