Honestly, I would love to give a review but the day it was installed was the day it stopped working. Had to wait for a week until an Engineer could come and am still waiting a week later for the 'brain' piece that will fix it. Surely a critical piece like a 'brain' should come fully installed with a new device! Unfortunately it was also very difficult to speak with AO to resolve this and spent hours on hold and they were passing blame to Samsung and vice versa. Honestly just really bad experience.

Great washer dryer replacement for our 20 year old one made by HP this one spins faster removing more water and dries quicker as a result, obviously if you have a separate washer and dryer you get dryer clothes quicker, but for a washer dryer this is quicker than the old one. Only fault is the tunes it plays when finished are not liked by the dogs as they bark at it !!!

A stylish machine, nice and quiet in operation and versatile programs. Looking at our smartmeter this machine seems to be more economical than the 5 year old LG which it has replaced. It seems to be heavier than our previous machines which will cut down on vibration and noise but results in it being more difficult to move, it is also deeper than older style machines which results in it sticking out about 60mm in front of the kitchen units, not a problem for us but some people may not like this. Check that you program your times correctly on the drying program when using the machine as once the machine is above 50° on the drying program it is impossible to simply stop the machine and check whether the washing is dry as the door will not open until the temperature drops below 50°, yesterday it took 40 minutes to do so. I've never had this on previous dryers and feel a simple warning message that the washing is hot would suffice.

After a lot of research we decided to go with Samsung and I have to say we are not disappointed. The machine is very efficient, has numerous wash cycles to choose from and is extremely quiet. We especially like the bubble soak option as we have a 4 year old who loves to get her clothes dirty when she’s out playing. The bubble soak feature gets rid of even the hardest soils. The machine also looks as good as it performs and even plays a little jingle when it’s finished!

Easy to use and pretty quiet in use. Had good results with the drying and there's plenty of capacity for me.

Clothes are clean, programs don't take too long and maximum times are adjusted and reduced once its weighed what you put in. It does play quite a long tune when its finished but clothes are clean and much softer than in my old (ancient) machine and the dryer properly dries too. So overall very pleased.

Amazing very quiet. Perfect for 4 person family .

So quite and easy to install. Make sure all 5 transit bolts come out the back. Instructions just has 4. Also alittle bigger than expected. Allow extra for the fixtures at the back. Would recommend
