Looks great in the kitchen and washes clothes well according the programs. The drier is excellent. Hopefully it will work beyond the excellent warranty time.

Lovey looking product, modern and stylish. Has some cool functionality. Still getting to Know the different programmes but so far great! Some of the programs are longer than I’m used too....

Quiet running. Efficient dryer. Large Drum

We bought one of these in January. At first we were really very impressed. It was fast, quiet and the clothes felt really good once they were washed. Unfortunately, within 3 days it had manifested a fault. A very loud noise that sounded like grinding or grating suddenly came from the machine during the spin cycle when it got down to about 4 mins left. Samsung engineer came out twice and blamed it on a couple of different things but even after he had left the noise persisted. After that it threw up error codes and randomly shut down mid program. Oh and the noise continued. Always at 4 mins left always when set to max spin speed. The 1400rpm spin speed was one of the main reasons we chose this machine and we couldn't use it. Despite all theses faults Samsung refused to admit that it was faulty and we had the devil's own job getting it replaced. After weeks of back and forth Samsung finally agreed to provide an uplift number so that we could replace it like for like. Then we had to wait over a month for a new one to be delivered. It was delivered yesterday and installed by the AO delivery staff. Unfortunately this one is no better. Although it was 'professionally' installed and the set up process was completed as per the instructions it is loud and vibrating to the point where it is moving out from under the kitchen counter. As I said it is properly calibrated and and a spirit level confirms that it is dead level. I don't have the energy to go through the whole return process again so all I can do is leave an honest review of our experience with this machine. I would advise people to avoid purchasing this model.

Happy with it for the most part. But the dryer isn't great. Always have to put it on for a bit longer after it's finished the cycle.

Great washer/dryer. Take care of it and it’ll take care of you. When it finishes a load it plays a little jingle to tell the world how happy it is with itself.
