I would steer clear. It has been nothing but issues in one month of having it. Currently, it turns itself off and water is leaking and the door is locked. I would avoid.

This machine has a half sized drum depth (front to back). It works well on a load of small items but major problem with a double sized duvet cover. There is simply not enough room in the drum. It tightly tangles the duvet cover up and then stops. You have to remove the item, untangle it when it’s soaking wet - no easy job - and reinsert to get it spun off. This must be a design fault. Only had this machine a couple of weeks and each time the same result no matter how carefully I load the said duvet cover. Not sure where I stand on this.

Bought November 2022. We have had a similar experience to an earlier reviewer. The drying programme developed a fault one month out of the one-year warranty. An engineer told us today that the main board would need replacing at a cost of several hundred pounds - almost as much as we paid for the machine. I guess a one-year warranty doesn't say much about the manufacturer's faith in the appliance.

Sorry I cannot recommend this washer dryer as mine has broken down it will not dry at all and it is only 14 months old, so out of warranty, wish now I had paid for extra cover worth thinking about. This Beko is not for me at all, I expected it to be reliable and last much much longer without problems. Reading the reviews lots of people are lucky and satisfied I am not.

Lovely quiet machine, just what I want as I'm now onj my own in a little bungalow having fled an abusive marriage after years of turmoil. Peace is very important to me and this washer/drier doesn't disturb me at all. I'm very happy I made this choice x

Love it. A smart looking washer/dryer. Very quiet compared to our last machine. Plenty of different settings - more than enough for my family. Easy to follow instructions. The quick wash is perfect for day-to-day washing and only takes 28mins. Also the door opens as soon as the wash is done unlike some other machines where you're waiting another 2/3 mins. Tumble dryer is effective but takes at least 2 hours. Very pleased with it so far.

Quite complicated to use. Very quiet except when spinning, which is deafening. Takes ages to wash and dry. Clock isn't accurate, as it works on a sensor, so sometimes when it says 20 minutes drying time left it actually takes 90. It can take up to 5 hours to do a wash and dry.

Water pipe not rubberised at either end so slowly leaked for a week before we noticed wooden floor warping (fixed pipe with ptfe tape but floor ruined). Underneath the filter is a curved edge so even with a tray to catch water it runs underneath machine and floods floor. Door gasket is odd shape so water pools on the lip and you need to dry it before removing clothes every time. Can't set on low temp drying so clothes way too hot and shrinkage has occurred. We hope to return this.
