Adequate washing machine, albeit very low capacity and gets gunged up with fluff around the seal which is hard to remove, and leaks water inside the machine from the detergent tray. The engineer sent to fix this said it was due to the machine's design. The dryer function failed completely after 2 years and 2 months, and BEKO wanted 40% of the machine's coat for an engineer call out charge, which is potentially higher if more expensive parts are required. Genuinely shocking - BEKO have lost a customer for life, and I would strongly encourage others to consider their poor build quality and one year warranty when assessing value.

Bought November 2022. We have had a similar experience to an earlier reviewer. The drying programme developed a fault one month out of the one-year warranty. An engineer told us today that the main board would need replacing at a cost of several hundred pounds - almost as much as we paid for the machine. I guess a one-year warranty doesn't say much about the manufacturer's faith in the appliance.

Sorry I cannot recommend this washer dryer as mine has broken down it will not dry at all and it is only 14 months old, so out of warranty, wish now I had paid for extra cover worth thinking about. This Beko is not for me at all, I expected it to be reliable and last much much longer without problems. Reading the reviews lots of people are lucky and satisfied I am not.

Door broke after 2 months

I chose this washer dryer from a specific need of only one short alcove being available. I’m not a regular reviewer, but it’s needed on this occasion. I’ve owned this appliance for over a year and the dryer is absolutely useless. I have to put the contents through 4 cycles to get them remotely dry. Even then, I have to hang them on a rack to finish off the process. I’ve even tried drying the contents of washes in batches and it still doesn’t work. I would strongly recommend buying a different machine.

Product leaks from both the detergent drawer and the rubber seal. Water doesn’t drain properly and sits in the rubber seal, even on a tumble dry setting! Spoke to manufacturer who advised my fault due to using liquitabs, despite the manual saying they are acceptable to use.

Bitterly disappointing product The Dryer never worked on ours, and the machine produces a nasty stale water smell that requires you to put cleaner put through it regularly. We've had call outs but never got a fix, one of our biggest issues was the unit screeching loudly on spins and on certain washes would make loud banging noises and physically move out into the kitchen from how violent it was shaking. Painfully long hold times waiting for customer support (BEKO) to answer the phone forces you to put up with the piece of junk you've purchased. I will never buy Beko again.

I hate it. I've had so many problems with it from day one including the screws being left in it when transported. Then it blew the spur it was connected to so I had to get it changed THEN it's stopped drying clothes so an engineer has to be called out. I find it to be very loud to the point where it shakes the whole house and the cycles are quite long. I feel like I was given a dodgy one but I'm going to change it as soon as possible because it's not working for my family and I.
