    Cycles take too long

    1/5
The shortest standard wash cycle is 2.5hrs but if you use the maximum load option of 8kg it takes 3.5hrs. There is only 1 option for wash and then dry and that has a minimum setting of 10.5hrs. The quick wash is 55 minutes no matter how little you put in. I would not recommend this washing machine for a larger family.

    Very disappointing

    1/5
This product was advertised as silent , well it definitely is not, another issue is, machine doesn’t complete a full cycle of spinning , clothes are soaking wet still when you take it out of the washing machine they are dripping wet I even did a spin cycle and there was 9 minutes left but the washing machine ended the cycle , clothes still dripping wet. There is water in the seal left after every wash I am having to clean it with paper towel I have never seen this before with any other washer/drier. I called Hisense costumer service they ignored all my concerns with the washer and suggested I pay someone professional to install the washing machine instead of my husband, my husband works as an engineer in the water industry and this is a joke . They suggested he did not install it correctly hence the washing machine is not working properly, I assured them he has installed our previous washing machines and our families and friends , I will not be paying money for someone else to look at it and tell me it is installed correctly.

    Very Long Wash Cycles

    2/5
This may be an unfairly low rating, and my dissatisfaction with this machine may be down to my own lack of research.... I thought that the wash programmes had variable lengths, they do not. For example, an ECO or Cotton load takes 3 and half hours, a mixed load over 2 hours. I work full time and I cannot factor in to my life this many hours of washing, there is also not the option to put a timed start so I cannot put it to switch on in the middle of the night to be ready in the morning for example. As a washing machine it does exactly what it needs to do, it just takes 3 times longer that I would like! I think it would be incredibly helpful for manufacturers to put the length of each cycle clearly on their descriptions. This has been a very expensive mistake.

    Great washer dryer

Brilliant washer dryer which replaced a (brand new) faulty Hoover bought elsewhere. My only feedback would be the lack of a 1hr cycle

    Machine was faulty

    2/5
The product might well be good and we’ll find out second time around but this is more a gripe about AO. We were sent a faulty machine which failed on day one. We then had to wait for it to be assessed by an engineer before a replacement was authorised. By the time the next one is delivered, we’ll have been without a washing machine for two weeks. To be fair, once it was assessed as faulty there was no hassle from AO in agreeing to supply a replacement. But that it taking a week and it has to be said that the process is very much on their terms.
