    I purchased the Hisense 3S Series WF3S1043BW3 10.5kg Washing Machine to replace my old Hoover washer, and I couldn’t be happier! The buying process on AO was super simple – the website is easy to use, and I found the 5-star ratings and reviews from other customers really helpful in making my choice. Ordering was quick, and AO kept me updated every step of the way with clear emails about the delivery and time slot. The delivery itself was smooth and on time – no complaints at all. Now onto the machine itself: it’s absolutely brilliant! It has some fantastic features including a steam option, which is great for freshening up clothes. It’s incredibly quiet compared to my previous washer, and it leaves the laundry spotless every time. I’ve already noticed how efficient and user-friendly it is. All in all, I’m really pleased with the product and the service. Would happily recommend both the washing machine and AO to anyone looking to upgrade.

    Bought this as a replacement for my old hotpoint, very Happy with the features including the option to control the machine through my phone, also love the 15 min quick wash for items that I need washed quickly.

    The product is great. Drum size fits a kingsize mattress topper which I couldn't fit into my old washing machine. With it being wifi it sends a message to my phone to let me know it's finished. The only thing I can't work out is how to turn on when I'm out as it doesn't seem to work by WiFi.

    Very pleased with this washing machine. Lots of cycles including a quick 15 minute wash. Also very quiet. The fact that you can control it from your phone is great if you want to give it another spin at the end. Would definitely recommend!!
