Good size machine but a little slow

    4/5
I needed a shallow washing machine to fit into a narrow space, and the size of this couldn't be any more perfect. It also has a good capacity for the depth. It's quiet to run and easy to use. Only two things stop this from being a five. 1) The programmes are a lot longer than my previous machine - the synthetics cycle takes a whole hour longer. Some cycles take up to four hours, which simply isn't practical. 2) The draw is really awkward to use, it doesn't pull out very far, so if you're not careful adding fabric softener, you can make a real mess. Otherwise, it does the job well.

    Awful machine, regret purchase

    1/5
Never have I had such a machine that flies around the floor when spinning. Transit bolts removed, floor and feet level but still completely violently spinning and moving during every cycle. Doesn’t matter if a few items, half full or full - it’s a disaster and it needs replacing

    Great looks, functionality and value

    5/5
Very pleased with the washing machine. Looks good, much quieter than my old one. Needed a machine which wasn’t deep to fit under my counter and this one is perfect. A good choice of programmes. I mostly use the smart auto mode which adjusts the time according to the load and is pretty quick (around 1-1.5 hours) but 40 degrees is the max temperature. On other modes you can choose higher temperatures and there’s an option to make them quicker than the default. The app sends you a handy notification when the cycle is done. Easy to remove the detergent drawer for cleaning. The drain hose needed an extension for my setup where the drain is to the left of the machine and the hose doesn’t stretch far on that side, but not a major issue.

    Hisense Compact Machine

Excellent design. Compact for the space we have for the washing machine. Love the way it weighs what is in the machine and will tailor the time to it. Highly recommend.

    Ticks all the boxes

Really great machine. A rated which is always good. The dimensions are great also as it is not as deep as others so unlike our last machine it doesn't stop the cutlery draw from opening. Nice and quiet during the spin cycle. Best of all it doesn't sound like an ice-cream van when it's finished.

    Happy when it was delivered

    5/5
Happy when it was delivered to see it was stylish and suited my kitchen. It was narrower in depth than my last machine so fitted well in the space.Fitting the machine was standard as with any washing machine with just the cold fill pipe needed. There is a WiFi function to the machine and an app I have used it but not really sure of the point of it.I’m not particularly tech savvy but I am very used to using a washing machine and tend to find if I’m putting a wash on I do it there and then so the controls on the machine are more than enough. I feel I spend to much time on my phone as it is. I would say the app alert to tell you when it’s finished is a good one though. There are less programs on this machine than I’m used too and some new functions such as steam and sports wear which will come in handy with 3 sporty teens in the house. The programs run longer than I’m used to but the clothes are coming out much less creased and dryer than my old machine so I don’t mind. There is a short cycle that I have used and it cleaned perfectly. The white wash I put on had a lot of stains, it was one of my first loads in the machine and I was really impressed with how well it Cleaned. There is also a drum clean function in the machine that I particularly like to keep in fresh and healthy.Overall really happy.

    Amazing!

    5/5
We recently got the Hisense WF3S8043BB3_BK washing machine from AO and it’s been brilliant so far. First off, it looks really smart in black and fits in perfectly with the rest of our appliances. The 8kg drum is a good size for our household – we can fit plenty in without overloading it. One of the things we love most is how quiet it is, even during the spin cycle. Our old machine used to shake the whole kitchen, but this one barely makes a sound, which is great when you’re trying to watch TV or work from home. The steam function is a game-changer too. Clothes come out smelling fresh and with fewer creases, so we’re not spending ages ironing anymore. We also really like the Quick Wash options – the 15-minute cycle is super handy when we need something washed in a hurry, and the 49-minute one handles bigger loads without taking all day. It’s also got Wi-Fi, which we didn’t think we’d use much, but it’s actually really useful. The ConnectLife app lets us start or check on the wash from our phones, which comes in handy more often than you'd expect. The Auto Wash setting is another highlight – it adjusts the wash time based on how much is in the drum, which saves water and energy without us needing to think about it. All the programs are straightforward to use, and there’s a setting for just about everything. Overall, we’re really happy with this machine. It’s quiet, efficient, and does a great job with every wash. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a solid, stylish washing machine that doesn’t break the bank.

The set up procedure for the washing machine is easy to follow

    5/5
The set up procedure for the washing machine is easy to follow, even the app that allows you to work the machine remotely. The detergent drawer is spotlessly clean after a wash which is great. The look of the machine is good, with a larger door for easy access.A noise cancelling plate came with the machine to attach to the base and it really does seen very quiet. The machine takes roughly 30 seconds to weigh items and then starts the programme, although heavy clothes take roughly 20-25 minutes longer to wash on the auto cycle. Lighter clothes take the regulated hour cycle on auto which seems logical.Allergy care programme - great for microfibre cleaning cloths - came up as new.The power 49/30 programme - would recommend for items that are not going to soak up and hold onto water as another spin programme would be needed as the highest for this setting is an 800 spin cycle. The quick 15 minute wash was great for refreshing items when in a rush. The baby item wash was fabulous for baby clothes and bedding. The spin cycle is really effective on its own.The drum clean setting is great and efficient. The machine feels well made and does not feel cheap in any way, re the drawer, door and controls. The controls are easy to read. All in all a great machine!
