This is a great washing machine, really good for large families and the authorising is great and really helps get right amount of liquid and conditioner in, leaves clothes smelling amazing! Highly recommend it!

Only just bought it, but seems fine with no glaring issues. BUT...you will not be able to remove the transit bolts from the drum as per the instruction manual. Hisense tech support don't seem aware of this so no point calling them. Usually, these bolts simply undo and slide out but the rubber collar around the bolts on this machine are well and truly rammed in. I had to prize them out with a screwdriver and pliers. It doesn't affect the running of the machine but if you're elderly or not confident with tools, you wont be able to do it.

Brilliant machine, improvement in cleaning vs previous matching and autodosing works well. Automatic wash cycle is good and it is very quiet by our standards

Pretty happy with this so far. Chose this as it's got one of the biggest drums and has auto dispense which is great. A lot of the programmes automatically take a long time but you can press a button to reduce the cycle time. As with most modern appliances I'm still getting to grips with all the settings but for the cost and functions it seems ok so far. One word of advice, You'll want to buy a bigger tumble drier to handle the load capacity!

Washing machine arrived and I love it. Looks great and will certainly help with the big loads of washing I’m doing with the bigger drum.
