It's quiet and efficient. The timer is great...letting us use overnight on an eco setting. Love the light in the drum!

This replaced an older Bosch model that was 10+ yrs old so was happy to go with this brand again. Was a little cautious as my last machine was a 1600 spin and this is 1400 but I have noticed little difference. Overall very happy

Excellent so far, so much quieter than any other machine I’ve had, the spin is great, so I don’t have to do a second spin, simple to use programs, but i haven’t really read the instructions properly, but I was surprised that the easy care program was 2.5hrs, but the mixed load is only 1hr, so I can see this being used the most ??

For us it's a return to Bosch for our washing machine. We ventured to a Samsung 9 years ago and it has just sustained a drum bearing failure. We sold our previous Bosch machine to a neighbour and it is still performing well, some fourteen years old now. The order and delivery process was about as good as it can get. The performance of our new Bosch machine is very good and a visible improvement in the quality of the washed clothing over the Samsung machine, which had seemed good. Good programs to select from on the dial and flexibility of tailoring the selected program. Perception is that the machine is an efficient consumption of energy taken at a quick reading: circa 25p - 30p for a mixed load 30C wash. All of our domestic items are from Bosch and we very rarely feel that we have made a wrong choice. Very pleased with our recent purchase and expected reliability.
