The Bosch washing machine is vastly better than my old machine that came with the fitted kitchen. It's quieter and washes better. The guys who did the installation did a great job, despite the machine sitting slightly proud instead of flush with the rest of the fitted kitchen cabinets. That's the only complaint I'd have is the dimensions depth wise are wrong, it was meant to be 3 cm shorter than the machine it replaced, and while the physical box is, it does not account for external fittings added to the rear of the machine that actually make it 4 cm deeper than the dimensions stated.

Had it a week, seems like a very good washer. Very quiet and washes very well. Plenty of shorter programs. The only negative so far is that can it can be abit fiddly to change temperature etc.

Working well so far. Not as quiet as I thought it would be, but quieter than my previous one. The main cotton program is longer than 3 hours which is much longer than expected or previous machine.

Really pleased with the machine so far. Bought this to replace a 10yr old logixx7, which this appears to be a very updated version of. Firstly this in comparison is really very quiet, which I'm absolutely loving! The little light when you open the door is a great little thing, I didn't need it, but it's nice all the same. There's a good range of cycles (which you are able to adjust spin speed and temp - this was an absolute must for me) and so far the washing has come out really well. The touch buttons are slightly more fiddly than the physical buttons I had previously, however as far as I can see that's the only slight negative thing I can say. Washes are longer than I'm used to, but that's to be as efficient as possible (there's a speed up button, but I'm happy just to go with the cycles as is) and I'm enjoying the little light that shines onto the floor showing what part of the wash and time remaining too. Overall, it looks and feels like a quality item. It's more efficient than it's previous incarnation and my laundry all has come out wonderfully. Would buy again (but I'm expecting this to last as well as the last one) Also the shirt wash is brilliant, no more ironing awkward school shirts

Bosch is an excellent product. AO offering it a very competitive price. Excellent customer service. Delivered on time, I used the unwrapping and recycling offer. Well worth the money. The two AO guys were excellent and really helped us. Have used AO before and that’s why I came back to them. Super service.

Machine works great and is so quiet compared to the last one. We looked at cheaper options but this one seems worth the extra.
