Excellent machine and service from AO

Purchased as a direct replacement. This machine is much better than the older version, the controls offer more flexibility when selecting programs. Found it very easy to self fit without the need of purchasing the option to have the machine installed on delivery.

It's a beautiful washer dryer but I was disappointed that it's advertised with a door and it didn't come with one .

So far I’m really happy with this washer dryer. Lots of different programmes to choose from and can shorten the cycle on most. The best thing is it’s much quieter than our old machine. We don’t really use the dryer but did test it on a double duvet and it came out well.

The washing machine is easy to use with legends around the dial clearly showing what the cycle selected will be for. I have found the machine to be quiet which did surprise me. The tumble drying side is efficient and quiet too. Overall, an extremely good machine and I'm so pleased I selected this model.

A replacement for a Neff Washer.Dryer that had served us well. So far this one matches up to the performance of our previous washer dryer and hopefully we will get many more years of service from it. Ialthough a pray purchase I would still recommend it.
