A big improvement on my old top loader, which only had a 400rpm spin. It dropped a star for a couple of small things. The soap dispenser doesn't empty completely, so it's probably best to put a cap with liquid in the machine. It's also quite noisy when starting to spin, and the lid clasp is a bit hit and miss. Plenty of programmes to choose from and the drum has so far ended the right way up, so no need to revolve the drum before opening it. Cleans and spins well.

My mother has had this washing machine to replace her old one which he has had for 12 years. The new one is the same as the old one but it been updated This washing machine is ready good for one person washing as it only a 7kg load. So if you are thinking of buying this washing machine go for it. You won’t be disappointed. ??

Really compact and neat to fit in to a small cupboard at have at my new house. Quiet and the same as a normal washing machine, the drum is just in sideways. It's perfect!

I absolutely love this washer. it's taking a while to get used to the many different settings (which setting for what load) and knowing when I can add the 'energy saver' and 'rapid' buttons, but it's a great machine. I've been trying to work out what programmes to use for each load, and it's been kind of fun (sad I know) getting to use it, I'm honestly like a kid with a new toy. I've had a Hotpoint slimline toploader before, and it lasted me over 10yrs, so I know they are good machines. it's also very quiet, sometimes I even forget it's on and that's while I'm sitting in the kitchen while it's working. I've also noticed that at the end of the cycle it does a few short turns so the opening on the drum is always at the top, which is handy, so I don't have to turn the drum to open it. it has a brilliant display so I know exactly where it is up to, and the lights at the top show me as well. just 1 issue with the buttons at the top, I can't work out what the 4th 1 is for. I think they stand for:- fill, wash, rinse, ? and spin/empty. it is a basin type with a straight line across. I thought it might be something like soak, but I can't find anywhere what it stands for, but that is my only problem, I love the machine and I'm really glad I purchased it...

A great washing machine if your restricted for space.

This washer seems a great size and has plenty of options. It was not installed correctly so moved around a lot. I am hoping this will be fixed soon as AO are sending someone to reinstall. If purchasing make sure you read the instructions and check before use or before installers leave if you are having it installed.
