A good basic machine which has a good range of programs. Some good ?? old Skool washes which take around an hour.,The spin sequence at the end Aug s unnecessarily drawn out. The dispenser for detergent and softener seems very efficient. I like this machine but the main drawback with it is the noise level. It isn’t particularly sturdy and often moves on the spin - I haven’t experienced that since the eighties! This despite it being perfectly level and all transport bolts removed. It is also a very screetchy machine due to a basic AC commutator motor which have now been largely replaced with quieter inventor models. Sadly this style of machine isn’t available in many options in the UK. Before this I tried to import a slightly better one from the EU but it was a disaster so I just ended up buying this. Service from ao spit on as always. Machine a bit crude and basic but not awful by any means.

Great for small spaces! A lot of movement and vibration planning on getting a mat under it!

This washer seems a great size and has plenty of options. It was not installed correctly so moved around a lot. I am hoping this will be fixed soon as AO are sending someone to reinstall. If purchasing make sure you read the instructions and check before use or before installers leave if you are having it installed.

Product ok,delivery ok but I think that the driver should unpack so that we could check product and take packing away free before rushing off

A big improvement on my old top loader, which only had a 400rpm spin. It dropped a star for a couple of small things. The soap dispenser doesn't empty completely, so it's probably best to put a cap with liquid in the machine. It's also quite noisy when starting to spin, and the lid clasp is a bit hit and miss. Plenty of programmes to choose from and the drum has so far ended the right way up, so no need to revolve the drum before opening it. Cleans and spins well.
