The Bosch washer dryer is a great addition to the house and is better than expected.

Great product with great feature. The dosing feature works great takes the guess work out of cleaning products. The number of options is mind boggling the app allows us to set programmes while we are out... no more coming home to wet clothes. On tip of that it is so quiet we hardly hear hear it and it looks sleek and modern.

We bought this one of the most expensive Series 8 washer dryer models just two months ago, so it’s practically brand new. Out of nowhere, it just stopped working. When we contacted Bosch customer service, we were told the earliest available time for a technician was two weeks away! For the price we paid, I would expect far better reliability and prompt support. We purchased all of our home appliances from Bosch, never again! This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I’d recommend steering clear of Bosch products if you want quality and reliable service.

Having only used very basic washing machines and separate dryers before, and despite being competent with technology, I feel a bit like hunter-gatherer put in charge of the USS Enterprise. It can be a bit confusing to operate and the instructions are typically vague. When used properly it does an excellent job, everything comes out clean and dry without all the constant checking I was used to with more traditional tumble dryers. Looks swish, works well, automatic detergent/softener dosing is nice.

Fantastic machine, easy to use.

Excellent Washer Dryer used for over a month now. Exceptionally quiet and efficient. Easy to programme and use. Tumble dryer side of things drys clothes very well. Very impressed with this machine and would definitely recommend. Found no negatives about it at all.
