The machine is amazing. We're not using the automatic detergent dispenser feature as I fill it and then tells me it's empty again everything so I feel like it is adding way too much detergent. But all of the other features are so handy and make my life just a little bit easier and our clothes come out better! Some people are saying it doesn't 100% dry but honestly no washer dryer will unless you take the wet clothes out and let the drum dry before the dry cycle- it gets 95% dry I'd say which is a lot better than I've had before.

This machine is whisper quiet, so much so we keep checking it is actually working. The IDos function is excellent at keeping the usage of detergent and fabric conditioner in check, over dosing is a thing of the past. The remote app is useful too. Sturdily built and easy to operate. Plenty of programs to choose from. If there is one negative point it is that of the push mechanism to open and close the door, o would have preferred a handle on the door. That said, very pleased with it.

Actually dry washing! Bought so I can stop the endless task of unloading-hanging-bringing down-sitting in rooms of hanging washing! Wash cycles are great but the best bit...clothes are actually dry at the end! Simply put, does what you want it to do!

Great washer dryer so far 5 year warranty is great peace of mind you pay for what you get expensive machine but sees worth it so far

It's good but a few little niggles given that it's an expensive washer dryer, you would expect the best! Sometimes the load isn't dried evenly or totally dry. The child lock disables all the buttons except the on off button which is lit up and asking little fingers to push it. We have a 2 year old and she has switched the machine off a few times already! Silly design but could be corrected with a software update?

Great washing machine. Good price.

Quiet. Like the dosing function. Slight vibration on full spin despite meticulous focus on levelling the feet but otherwise happy with function. Purchased Bosch as a reliable, and well regarded manufacturer, expecting it was manufactured either in Germany or Europe. Very disappointed to learn on delivery it’s actually manufactured in China as in this case, I could have purchased a cheaper Chinese brand. Also increases its carbon footprint and leads me to question the how well it’s made and general quality control.

This is a really smart machine. It's super quiet. It also has lots of fast washes which is really important for us as we need to get through lots of washing quickly as we have two young children. My only criticisms would be that the cupboard dry setting often leaves some clothes a bit damp, and that the machine advertises 10.5kg load, but it only recommends adding this amount of washing for a few of the settings. e.g for mixed load the recommended load is only about 5kg.
