Excellent machine. Very quiet and drys cloths really well with the added bonus of being able to be plumbed straight into the waste pipe which means that you do not need to worry about emptying the reservoir

Overall pleased with the product, although it has taken time to adjust to the heat pump/ condenser dryer from our old vented one. Particularly pleased with the range of drying levels and the number of fabric specific drying programmes, making it easy to find the right one.

Great product once you have the instructions sorted.

Excellent tumble drier, very quiet and dries perfectly. The double filter and automatic condenser cleaner are very useful and ability to mute the finish alarm for night time use is very helpful. Illuminated drum and easy to use controls together with large capacity are all good features.

Great item instead of two lots of drying one full load with room to spare , quilt no problems at all , very quiet and cheap on energy. Would advise anybody go a bit more in cost as its worth it in the end from a great name .

Love it. So pleased to have a working tumbler again after my previous heat pump one gave up after only 3 years. This Bosch one is excellent, and it's easy to empty the water drawer. I also love that it has a self cleaning condenser as the last machine was a pain to clean after every couple of tumbles because it was at floor level The double fluff/lint collector is very good too. The only annoying thing is that this Bosch machine does make a rather loud clunk towards the end of the cycle when it is, I think, about to drain the water - it makes me jump! At first I thought something was wrong but apparently not, and surprisingly the clunk is what it does! Would be 5 stars if not for the clunk.

Looks very smart and easy to use. Drying time is a bit longer than our previous dryer, which was an old vented type. Towels come out spectacularly fluffy. No complaints so far and too soon to assess energy efficiency.

Great looking dryer, easy to use but takes a bit of getting used to, clothes sometimes come out feeling damp but maybe I just didn't use the right setting
