Seems like a very well engineered device. It feels well made and solid. There's even a little light inside the drum, which is a nice touch

LOVE this dryer. I was really worried about buying a heat pump dryer because I need to dry my clothes fast (I have a lot of laundry!), and my old Samsung heat pump dryer took around 3 hours to dry. BUT this machine has a FAST DRY option for around an hour and it's amazing!

Really pleased with performance of this tumble dryer. Easy to use with plenty of different settings.

I bought this product principally because our utility room was suffering from mould from the damp exhaust from the tumbledrier. I reasoned that a condensing drier would be cheaper than redecorating every 2/3 years. This drier has chopped our electricity costs by 1/3rd & there is no more mould.

Replacing my old Bosch condenser tumble dryer was big shoes to fill so will the new heat pump condenser fit? Well on style the graphite colour is stylish although I didn’t realise the viewing window isn’t glass but it still looks functional and if anything the door itself is easier to open than my old one. The dryer itself has some good options and I have tried 3 of them so far and they did a brilliant job on cottons, mixed load, and down wear. Yes the cycle takes twice as long but saves money overall. I love the light in the 9Kg drum when loading and the filters are doubled up and easy to clean. If this lasts as long as my last Bosch then it should outlast me. Worth the money.

Initially I hesitated before choosing a heat-pump tumble drier, but now I am so glad I did. This product combines energy efficiency with easy operation and also looks quite good. The in-drum light is a nice touch. Note that this model does not have WiFi integration. I was slightly disappointed to discover this but probably would have chosen the same model regardless if I had realised before purchasing.

I like the dryer and went for a 9kg load size. My only issue is that each drying programme has a different weight limit. The dryer flashes up with the correct weight limit for the programme, but I don't know what my load weighs. On a couple of occasions the programme finishes but my clothes are not dry.

Excellent product. The tumble dryer has both a waste water pipe and the usual water container that needs to be emptied, so it's very versatile. I wish I had bought this tumble dryer first, will definitely recommend it to my parents who always have issues with their dryer.
