I would never ever go for something else than a Miele appliance again - already checking out dishwashers. It's worth every penny. Very solid and sturdy as it is not made out of plastic, very quiet, I can hardly hear it spinning and the machine doesn't rattle and move like our Hoover washer dryer did. Top quality product, low on energy consumption. The laundry is nearly dry just after a 1500 spin, amazing. And the fluff rinse leaves the machine sparkling clean, perfect when having pets and therefore hair, fluff from blankets, etc.

A straightforward machine to use. It has a range of settings which you can customise as to temperature, spincycle and length, which enables you to make your wash as environmentally friendly and eneergy efficient as possible. It is also a quiet machine, so can be used when children are asleep and they won't wake! One of the best machines I have bought and would highly recommend.

Wonderful washer dryer. Fast and very quiet. The only glitch was that by default it beeps very loudly every 20 seconds forever when it’s finished. I had to experiment and found it’s P11 in the options to disable that - Miele support and the manual weren’t able to help me.

So far this machine has been great. It's quiet and so far I have found the wash and dry cycle to be quicker than what I expected. I haven't used the app feature yet, I don't see the point as its easier to just start it when loading the clothes and there is a delay start feature. The aesthetic design is fairly traditional but as I wanted a machine with quality fittings not new fangled 'add a sock' openings. Apparently miele test their appliances to the equivalent of 20 years! This machine was expensive and if it was slightly cheaper it would have got 5* but I am very satisfied with the quality and ease of operation.

Quiet and efficient so far, cleans much better than my old machine - although that was 16 years old!
