Fabulous product so pleased we paid a little extra to get this. Its so quiet and efficient and worth the extra cost, my last meile washing machine lasted 29 years

I purchased this Miele WTD163 washer/dryer, it's the best one i've had, the washer is so easy to use. I was concerned it would be complicated, but it's not. The manual is very detailed. When the washing comes out, it looks & feels really fresh. I have only had this machine nearly one month & it's July, so I have not used the dryer yet. If your looking for a good washer/dryer, then this is the best one on the market. Rose

Good quality item, exactly what you’d expect from Bosch.

Great washer dryer. Lots of different programmes to enable a good wash. Best to use the defluff option regularly to ensure efficient drying and washing. AO delivered on time and placed machine in room. It was a heavy beast to get the washer dryer into the corner where the blunting and drainage is but my husband and I managed it with the help of some silicone spray on the floor

The washerdrier is very quiet and looks well made . Love the 20 minutes program and the fact I can open to add extra laundry even if the cycle has started. There are however a lot of programs I have not been able to access because I have not been able to make a successful wifi connection. Their technical support have been slow to resolve that issue.

I've had Miele separate washer and dryer for 14 years. They were fantastic. Now I've moved into a flat I no longer have space for both so purchased this. It fails to start when the start icon is pressed. The machine beeps but does not start. You cannot cancel a program once it has started. Yes, you can stop it but you cannot cancel it. The door repeatedly fails to unlock for no reason. A part failed in the first 8 months so I couldn't use drying function for 3 weeks while the part and the engineer were available to replace it. It is VERY noisy. Overall very disappointed.

Very limited functionalities for a Miele machine, does not let you select a spin only cycle, know the remaining time before the end of the was and overall looks cheap. As a Miele afictionada, would choose other products for the price.
