price was the best, delivery on time ,only used the machine a couple of times ,but it seems to do every thing i hoped for and only tried it a few times but it seems to be more economical to run than my old machine

Easy to install - especially as ao.com unpacked, plugged it in and pushed it in place! Easy to use, looks clean and neat. The filters are superior to my previous Samsung heatpump dryer. Free 5 year warranty is an added bonus.

Fantastic dryer. Easy to use, quick drying and the filter cleaning is much easier than most other heat pump dryers.

Overall, disappointed. I’m coming from a vented tumble dryer which served me well for 15 years. Probably expensive to run but got clothes dry in next to no time. This heat pump model takes considerably longer and, even when using the sensor programme, the clothes aren’t completely dry. This means you have to do a further “timed” programme. On the plus side, looks smart.
